An intimate evening at a private residence in Rye, NY, brought together the best of culinary artistry and refined hospitality for a luxurious Caviar & Champagne dinner. The event was coordinated by Melissa Tomlin of 914PopUps and curated by Certified Sommelier Adriana Krstic—from the setting and wine pairings to the collaboration with the chef.
Chef William Lawrence of Lawrence Food Group prepared a thoughtful three-course menu with seasonal flavors and premium ingredients. Guests began with a caviar station featuring The Caviar Luxe by Nordic, followed by a seated dinner that delighted the palate.
The first course featured bluefin tuna with citrus vinaigrette, kimchi, and sesame seeds—an artful play on richness and acidity. A soy-brined chicken entrée with green onion and farro salad delivered savory depth with a fresh finish. The evening concluded with a delicate yuzu olive oil cake complemented by tropical fruit gel—light, bright, and satisfying.
Wine pairings selected by Adriana featured elegant selections from Burn Valley Vineyard, each chosen to enhance the flavors of each course.
